The Role:

As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, processing mortgage applications, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Mortgage Application Processing: Assist in the processing of mortgage applications, gathering required documentation and verifying information.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours and Location:

9:30/10am - 2/3pm, Hendon
