Our client an award-winning, well-known brand independent Estate Agent, are looking for an organised, self-motivated Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator to work in their new office in Harlow.

The Agency are very well established and highly regarded for putting people first and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. They invest heavily in staff training and the latest technologies to ensure their staff have the skills and tools to provide clients with an unparalleled level of service. Their specialist media division uses industry-leading photographic and video equipment and this, combined with online media expertise, allows them to offer an unrivalled marketing package to ensure that clients' properties are noticed by the right audience. They pride themselves on the services they offer in Sales, Lettings, New Homes, Mortgages and Property Management.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in property sales and customer service. You ideally will have experience working in a fast-paced environment dealing with the whole of the market. You must be very well spoken, presented and target driven as well as being used to achieving KPI's.

You will need a full UK driving licence, and use of your own car.

Salary package and benefits for the Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator position include:

* Basic £18,000 to £20,000

* OTE £30,000 to £35,000 OTE

* Mon to Fri 9am-6pm working 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-4pm (day back when worked) 5 day working week

The skills needed for this Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator position include:

* Must have experience in property sales

* Knowledge of the sales process within the property industry

* Excellent customer service skills

* Target driven

* Well-spoken and presented

* Excellent communication skills

* Outstanding organisational skills

* Be able to work well within a team

* Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner

The role of the Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator will entail:

* Registering and qualifying potential buyers

* Generating and conducting viewings

* Canvassing to bring on new properties

* Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers

* Preparing sales brochures

* Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis

* Booking appointments and conducting viewings
