As a Reservation Agent, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our collection by handling reservations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems with precision and speed.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving reservation-related concerns with a smile.
  • Stay up-to-date on room rates, packages, promotions, and hotel services to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Enter reservations accurately into the system and communicate special requests to relevant departments.
  • Maximize occupancy rates by effectively managing room inventory.
  • Process cancellations, amendments, and no-shows according to hotel policies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell rooms, packages, or add-on services to guests during the reservation process.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reservation reports for management review.
  • Follow up with guests to confirm bookings and provide additional information as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a reservations role, preferably in luxury serviced apartments or hotels.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Fluency in additional languages besides English is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Opera or other hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
