Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all phone calls and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Engage with guests over online web chat to provide a seamless experience
  • Convert enquiries into bookings and accurately log reservations into the system
  • Work a shift pattern of 5 out of 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, with a monthly rota published in advance
