About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reservations Agent to join our team at 11 Cadogan Gardens, a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of Chelsea, London.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability of Room Sales and Food and Beverage Bookings through the maintenance of high standards and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of 11 Cadogan Gardens and its facilities to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Take ownership of all reservations, including rooms, food and beverage, spa, and special events, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel systems, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient processing of reservations and guest requests.
