Reservations Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team at The Langham, London. As a key member of our Reservations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all incoming reservation inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Input reservations into the OPERA system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow up on 'no-shows' and charge accordingly.
  • Perform general office duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages and OPERA PMS.
  • Great team player attitude and positive attitude.
