Executive Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at Goodstuff Communications. This role will provide exceptional support to our CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Arrange client and internal meetings, providing timely reminders and updates to all parties involved.
  • Expense and Timesheet Management: Process expense reports and timesheets for the CEO and CIO in a timely manner, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for Goodstuffers, clients, media owners, and external partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring prompt responses to queries and requests.
  • Research and Preparation: Conduct research on new clients and prepare relevant information for the CEO to review prior to meetings.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in an office environment, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
