Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a prominent energy trading company based in West London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support to high-net-worth individuals and will be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills.

About the Role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating international meetings, and overseeing the household staff. This includes managing the recruitment, training, and management of domestic staff, as well as coordinating luxury goods and personal items. Additionally, the PA will be expected to handle complex correspondence, manage the CEO's diary, and provide ad-hoc support for other family members.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's schedule, including travel arrangements and diary coordination
Coordinate international meetings with VIPs and government officials
Oversee the household staff, including recruitment, training, and management
Manage luxury goods and personal items
Handle complex correspondence
Provide ad-hoc support for other family members
