Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Toca, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to build on the success of our existing customer base, targeting a predefined set of accounts and partners to generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and gather insights on targeted accounts and territories to inform prospecting efforts
  • Engage with potential customers through personalized outreach via phone, email, social media, and events
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop relevant campaign content
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to progress opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Utilize our CRM (PipeDrive) to track prospecting efforts and stay organized

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and interact in an engaging way
  • Desire for a long-term career in a commercial role with a goal-oriented and achievement-driven mindset
  • Ability to think independently and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in an internal sales or customer-facing role, or a graduate looking to start their career in sales
  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, inside sales, or recruitment
