About the Role

Forcepoint is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building new business and expanding existing accounts for all Forcepoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective sales support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Native fluency in a language from one of the Emerging Markets countries (Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia)
  • Proven track record of success in managing and developing existing accounts
  • Experience selling to C-Suite is an advantage
  • Experience of closing business and working in a high-tech organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
