We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our PepsiCo team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing your own territory, visiting over 120 stores, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

* Manage your own territory, visiting over 120 stores, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
* Work independently, with minimal supervision, to achieve sales targets and exceed business KPIs.
* Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise, and contribute to the growth and development of the business.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to track sales performance, customer interactions, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

* Full, manual UK driving license
* Selling skills and experience
* Basic IT skills
* Relationship building and communication skills
* Time management and organizational skills
* Positive and persuasive attitude towards work
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Experience of working to targets and achieving sales growth
