Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to win projects in the education sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the education market
- Utilize your knowledge of the modular accommodation market to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from start to finish
- Proven sales experience in the modular buildings sector
- Experience selling to the education sector
- Hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results
- Driving license
- Competitive basic salary of £70k - £75k
- Uncapped quarterly commission of £10k - £14k
- Hybrid company car
- 6% company pension contribution
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
