About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win projects in the education sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the education market
  • Utilize your knowledge of the modular accommodation market to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from start to finish
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the modular buildings sector
  • Experience selling to the education sector
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results
  • Driving license
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary of £70k - £75k
  • Uncapped quarterly commission of £10k - £14k
  • Hybrid company car
  • 6% company pension contribution
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
