We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention of existing accounts within the financial services sector.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development and account management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of alternative data solutions. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within a financial services vendor.
- Strong understanding of alternative data and its applications in finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum
