Key Responsibilities
This role involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction through technical issue resolution, payment solution optimization, and exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for relationship management, customer success, technical support, training and demos, project management, and market intelligence sharing. You will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and share relevant insights with clients to help them navigate the evolving payments landscape. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is desirable. Familiarity with payments industry regulations and front and back-end technologies is essential. The salary for this role is around $115,000 per year, depending on location.
