About the Role

This role requires a visionary leader who can drive revenue growth while fostering an environment of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. As the Director of Revenue - Europe at Builder.ai, your primary responsibility will be to lead the revenue and business development strategy across the European region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the European market, establishing clear goals, targets, and budgets.
  • Build and deepen relationships with major enterprise clients and strategic partners, securing significant deals and long-term partnerships.
  • Closely monitor and analyse market trends, customer demands, and competitive dynamics to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress, leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Executives, and Managers, cultivating a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12+ years of total professional experience, with at least 5+ years in senior software sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading large, high-performing teams, including both direct sales and partner teams.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth, identifying and capturing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, able to hire, onboard, and develop top talent quickly.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with the ability to create customised solutions and value propositions that resonate with enterprise clients.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
