About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Relationship Builder to join our team at Pivotal London. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities to drive commercial growth.

You will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and be able to communicate effectively with clients. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to grow their business
  • Pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new leads
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders
  • Able to think strategically and develop effective solutions to build strong relationships with clients
  • Competitive and resilient, with a strong desire to succeed

About the Company

Pivotal London is a leading recruitment advertising agency that has partnered with one of the UK's largest media and successful content publishers. We offer a dynamic and fast-paced working environment and the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile clients.

Location

This role is based in our London office, where you will be required to work 3 days per week. However, due to the nature of the role, you may be required to spend time out of the office entertaining clients and attending networking events.

Salary: £30,000 - £46,000 OTE (dependent on performance)
