Adult Learning Disability Support Assistant

Avenues Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Learning Disability Support Assistant. This role offers a chance to make a positive difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, Down syndrome, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Epilepsy, and Cerebral Palsy.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting individuals with daily living activities, assisting with financial management, and promoting independence. Experience in social care is not essential; we provide comprehensive training programs at no cost to support career progression.
