Adult Learning Disability Support

This role is based in Hackney and requires residence in the area or surrounding regions. As a Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day support to adults who have moderate to severe learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, and autism.
The role involves assisting individuals with daily living tasks, activities, and community opportunities. You will also be responsible for supporting people with their personal and practical skills to enhance independent living, including managing complex behaviours that may challenge and engaging with a range of activities.
