Adults Learning Disabilities Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adults Learning Disabilities Specialist to join our team in Camden. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities to live safely and independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage case loads effectively, ensuring timely assessments and reviews
- Collaborate with other agencies to provide comprehensive support
- Promote service users' choices, control, and independence
- Support service users to live safely and independently in their own homes
- Assess and review existing service users placed in care homes
- Post-qualifying experience of working as a Learning Disabilities Senior Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry
- HCPC Registration
- 5 years post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB
- Eligibility to work in the UK
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to CPD opportunities and a guaranteed weekly payment.
