Adults Disability Support Specialist

As a Disability Support Specialist, you will be working with vulnerable adults and carrying out assessments to support their well-being. Key responsibilities include being part of the duty rota, conducting Care Act and Mental Capacity Act assessments, and contributing to the duty rota.
The team works with adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, and your role will involve supporting these individuals to live independently and make informed decisions about their care.
Your salary will be in the region of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
