We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to lead our specialist residential service in St Helens, providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a background in working with adults with autism and/or learning disabilities, as well as excellent knowledge of CQC standards and compliance. A clear DBS/CRB is essential for this role.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of support services for people with learning disabilities, autism, PMLD, deafness, hearing loss, and associated complex needs.

Our 6-bedded service provides specialist residential accommodation and support, and we are looking for a Registered Manager to continue making improvements to achieve an Outstanding rating from the CQC.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £36,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as a pension scheme, paid DBS, and clear progression opportunities through funded qualifications and apprenticeships.
