Job Title: Team Lead for Adults with Learning Disabilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join our team as a Team Lead for Adults with Learning Disabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with complex needs and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of professionals in delivering person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to promote independence, inclusion, and well-being among service users.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.

Estimated Salary: £37,263 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
