About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Adult Learning Disability Specialist to join our team at Red 5 People. The successful candidate will have a teaching qualification and the ability to create engaging course content around financial literacy for learners with learning disabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that cater to the unique needs of our learners. You will work closely with our team to design and deliver high-quality content that meets the expectations of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for adults with learning disabilities.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Ensure all content meets the highest standards of accessibility and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
