Physiotherapist for Adults with Learning Disabilities

This role requires a qualified physiotherapist to work with adults with learning disabilities in the North London area. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing person-centred interventions to promote independence and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
The physiotherapist will work with clients in their own homes or day services, assessing their needs and creating treatment plans for a range of conditions outlined in the Standards of Practice (ACPPLD). This includes working with Alexandra College, a local institution supporting young adults in education with learning disabilities.
- Provide specialist physiotherapy services to adults with learning disabilities in Camden
- Assess client needs and create treatment plans in accordance with ACPPLD standards
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve best outcomes
