Physiotherapist for Complex Care Needs

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Camden Learning Disabilities Service. As a physiotherapist, you will work with adults with learning disabilities, providing specialist physiotherapy services to promote independence and reduce health inequalities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and treat clients in various settings, including inpatient facilities, client homes, residential homes, day centres, education facilities, and leisure facilities.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members, carers, and service users.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service guidelines and protocols related to clinical issues.
- Support the Band 8a and Band 7 Physiotherapists in developing physiotherapy services for adults with learning disabilities.
- Degree qualification in physiotherapy.
- Current registration with HCPC.
- Broad range of rotational physiotherapy experience, including musculo-skeletal, neurology/rehabilitation, and elderly care.
- Experience of working as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience of multidisciplinary goal planning, development of care pathways, and using outcome measures.
The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
