Physiotherapist Role for Complex Caseload

We are seeking a skilled physiotherapist to join our Discharge to Assess (D2A) Therapies Team in North East London. As a Band 7 physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to a varied and complex caseload. You will work within a multi-stakeholder team to develop yourself, others, and the service.
About the Role- This is a community-based role that requires efficient means of travel within the local boroughs.
- You will be expected to plan and manage an appropriate caseload to ensure service needs and priorities are met.
- You will undertake comprehensive, clinically-reasoned assessments and devise person-specific interventions to enable more independence.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum. If you are interested in working as part of a small, friendly, flexible team and developing your skills around service development in line with new models of care, we would like to hear from you.
Requirements- BSc(hons) Physiotherapy Degree or equivalent.
- HCPC Registered.
- 5 years post-grad experience working as a physiotherapist.
- NHS experience.
- Community experience.
