About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated physiotherapist to join our team at Camden Learning Disabilities Service. As a Physiotherapist for Complex Care Needs, you will work with adults with complex physical disabilities, providing specialist physiotherapy services to promote independence and reduce health inequalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adults with complex physical disabilities.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary team members, carers, and service users to achieve patient-centred goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care pathways and treatment protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service guidelines and protocols related to clinical issues.
  • Support the Band 8a and Band 7 Physiotherapists in developing physiotherapy services for adults with complex care needs.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in physiotherapy.
  • Current registration with HCPC.
  • Broad range of rotational physiotherapy experience, including musculo-skeletal, neurology/rehabilitation, and elderly care.
  • Experience of working as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience of multidisciplinary goal planning, development of care pathways, and using outcome measures.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
