Advanced Physiotherapy Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary MSK team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust as a dynamic and experienced Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong background in physiotherapy, who can demonstrate advanced skills including assessment, investigations, making referrals, injection therapy or ultrasonography.
The post holder will work closely with the MSK physiotherapy team to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to meet the needs of a multicultural and diverse population in London Borough of Enfield. As one of the most senior members of the musculoskeletal physiotherapy service, you will be responsible for screening, filtering referrals and managing the care of those patients who otherwise would have been referred to and seen by a hospital Consultant.
The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree and relevant postgraduate qualifications, including US qualification and Injection Therapy qualification. A portfolio of ongoing relevant postgraduate training both theoretical and practical to an advanced level, accredited at a master's level, is also essential. Additionally, we require a minimum of 9 years post-grad experience, of which 5 years at Senior level in MSK outpatients, including GP direct access work and the management of complex and chronic conditions.
With a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist to advance their career and make a significant contribution to the MSK physiotherapy service. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in the management of MSK problems, up-to-date clinical skills across a broad spectrum of approaches, and ability to performance manage and develop staff. Fluency in any other local language is desirable but not essential.
