About the Role:

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Learning Disability Specialist to lead the development and delivery of a 12-month financial literacy program.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your teaching qualification and expertise to create innovative course content that addresses the specific needs of learners with learning disabilities.

You will work closely with the charity partner to design and deliver training sessions that cover essential topics such as budgeting, accessing banking services, managing debt, avoiding scams, and financial exploitation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and experience working with adults with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, testing it with learners, and refining it to ensure real-world impact.

The role requires 1-2 days per week of on-site delivery, which may involve travel to London or Manchester. The charity covers travel expenses, and occasional overnight stays may be required.

A competitive salary of £**35,000 - £40,000** per annum reflects the importance of this role in empowering adults with learning disabilities to take control of their finances.
