The Integrated Learning Disabilities Service (ILDS) is a key part of our service portfolio, providing support and interventions for adults with learning disabilities.
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Preparing for Adulthood team, which provides specialist support and interventions for adults with learning disabilities.
Job OverviewJob Title: Team Manager Preparing for Adulthood
Location: Hackney
Salary:£55,000 - £70,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
What You'll Do- Lead a team of professionals providing support and interventions for adults with learning disabilities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the experiences and outcomes of adults with learning disabilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals and outcomes.
