Job Title: Adult Learning Disability Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Adult Learning Disability Team Lead to join our team in Surrey. The role is permanent and comes with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and professional support in complex situations, applying knowledge of practice, theory, and legislation to enhance practice and procedures. They will also model effective risk assessment and management, support team members’ performance and development, manage complaints and verify assessments, contribute to organisational change and development, and ensure data quality and manage delegated budgets.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience of community and/or group work, as well as knowledge of children's health and social care systems and relevant legislation. You will also need to be able to contribute to organisational change and development, and ensure data quality and manage delegated budgets.
