Adult Team Lead

At Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wildlife Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled Adult's Duty Manager to lead our dynamic team in the daily operations of our visitor centre. The role requires a varied schedule, including weekends and bank holidays, with work periods ranging from 1-2 days per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and closing the centre, managing staff, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of tidiness and cleanliness.
To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and accurately handle cash transactions.
You will also be required to complete Level 2 Food Safety certification, First aid at work, and Fire Marshal training within your first year of employment.
