Job Title: Primary Learning Disability Support Assistant

Location: South East London, Greenwich Area

Job Type: Full Time

Hours: 8.30am - 4pm (Flexible)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide essential care and support to students with physical disabilities and complex needs in schools and provisions across Greenwich.

About the Role:

As a Primary Learning Disability Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a conducive learning environment for students with complex needs.

  • An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS check on the update service is a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to students with physical disabilities, helping them access education and thrive in their learning environment.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies that meet the unique needs of each student.
Salary and Benefits:
  1. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
