About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Fulham. As a Support Worker for Children with Physical Disabilities, you will provide essential support to students with physical disabilities, enabling them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to tailor their support to meet individual needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with physical disabilities in the classroom, including adapting learning materials as needed.
  • Assisting with mobility aids and personal care tasks as required.
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop personalized support plans for students.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive induction program and ongoing training and development opportunities.
