Primary SEN Teaching Assistant Role in Lewisham London

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a primary school in Lewisham, London. This is a full-time position starting ASAP, based in Lewisham.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide 1:1 and group support for children, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with special educational needs in a primary school setting
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Provide 1:1 and group support for children, as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed
- A clear DBS check
- Legal right to work in the UK
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
