Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with physical disabilities in our primary school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 support to students with physical disabilities, ensuring they can fully engage in all classroom activities.
- Assisting students with mobility aids, promoting their independence and confidence.
- Adapting learning materials and resources to meet individual student needs, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
