Job Title: SEN Support Assistant

About the Role:
Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a proactive SEN Support Assistant to join their team at an innovative primary school in Brent. The successful candidate will provide essential support to young students with additional needs, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of additional needs, adapting learning materials and activities to suit individual requirements.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children with special educational needs in a school setting is preferred.
• A genuine passion for supporting young learners and a commitment to fostering their growth and development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with children, with the ability to respond to their individual needs.
• A clear DBS check is required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
