Autism Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Autism Practitioner to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to young people with complex needs.
As a Night Practitioner, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our young people at all times, working closely with the staff team to ensure their physical, emotional, behavioural, and cultural needs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working collaboratively with the staff team to provide high-quality care and support
- Participating in innovative recreational events to promote positive relationships with young people
- Assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and maintaining accurate records
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for care and commitment to supporting the progression of others
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate records
- A Diploma Level 3 in Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) or willingness to complete within a fixed timeframe
