We are looking for a compassionate Autism Specialist Caregiver to join our team in supporting children with autism in a new Children's Home in Tunstall.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children with autism and complex needs.

We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.55 per hour, with sleep-ins paid at £55.

Please note that this is a permanent position, and no sponsorships are offered.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (based on 40 hours/week)

Job Requirements:

  • Essential experience in working with children with autism and complex needs
  • Ability to provide emotional support and stability to children
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
