We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team in providing person-centered care and support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment.
About the Role:
- Main Responsibilities
- Support young people with daily routines, including morning preparations and evening unwinding.
- Foster a sense of community by encouraging social activities, hobbies, and friendships.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help young people overcome challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and progress.
Salary Information:
Estimated salary range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
