Job Overview

This is an exciting career progression opportunity for a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality services that meet statutory, contractual, and organizational standards.

To ensure the day-to-day service provision fully complies with Eden's philosophy, values, policies, and procedures while also adhering to local and national legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing Service Delivery & Quality: To guarantee the highest level of service delivery in accordance with Eden's philosophy, values, policies, and procedures.
  • Service Development: Continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and development of the service while protecting and safeguarding the Company's values and culture.
  • People Management & Leadership: Provide clear and structured day-to-day management and support to the local team to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Supported Living or Residential service and be familiar with CQC standards. Experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions is preferable.
