Main Duties:

  • To provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

  • To promote independence and mobility among residents, using aids and equipment where necessary
  • To maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
  • To work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to residents
  • An understanding of the importance of dignity and respect in care provision
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with residents, colleagues, and families
  • Basic IT skills, familiar with record-keeping software and technology
What We Offer

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
