Key ResponsibilitiesMain Duties:
- To provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- To assist residents with meal times, ensuring they receive a nutritious and balanced diet
- To promote independence and mobility among residents, using aids and equipment where necessary
- To maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
- To work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to residents
- An understanding of the importance of dignity and respect in care provision
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with residents, colleagues, and families
- Basic IT skills, familiar with record-keeping software and technology
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
