Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Companion Care Professional to join our team at Care By Us Ltd in Stoke on Trent and surrounding areas.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of local people, providing support and care to enable them to maintain their independence and dignity. As a Companion Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services, including companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation
- Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming
- Collecting prescriptions and administering medication as required
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Assisting with mobility and transfer activities
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. You must also be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
