About the RoleThis Care Assistant position involves working on contracted hours, with the flexibility to choose your shifts and control your working week. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides long-term and short-term care, including respite and palliative care. Our focus is on delivering exceptional care and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing physical and emotional support to residents, promoting their overall well-being and social needs.
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, and meals.
- Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents both on and off-site.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, committed, and able to work effectively within a team. A driving license and access to a vehicle would be advantageous but not essential.
