Dementia Care Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dementia Care Specialist to join our team at Home Instead. As a valued member of our CQC Outstanding team, you will provide exceptional support to individuals with dementia, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults. Our CAREGivers work closely with clients and their families to deliver personalized care and support, promoting independence and dignity.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will be responsible for providing minimum 1-hour visits, ensuring clients' safety and well-being, and building strong relationships with them and their families.

What We Offer:
A starting rate of £13.00ph, ranging up to £20.00ph, plus additional payments for your CAREGiver training and DBS reimbursement after completion of the Care Certificate. You will also receive paid mileage, holiday leave based on 28 days per annum, pension contributions, and membership to our Home Instead Benefits Scheme and Blue Light Benefits Scheme.
Your Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle. No experience is necessary, as we provide full training and support. We encourage applications from individuals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to older adults.
