We are seeking a Clinical Lead who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of older adults. As a Clinical Lead, your duties will be multifaceted and include all aspects of nursing and residential care, open communication, and supporting financial controls. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching colleagues to pursue training and development, while also undertaking your own professional growth journey.

You will provide undivided attention and care to all areas of the home, from laundry services to emergency situations. Your confidence and leadership skills will be essential in imparting knowledge to colleagues and ensuring they adhere to high standards.

  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector
  • Management/Leadership experience and qualification (desirable)
  • Hold an NMC certificate with an active PIN
  • A caring nature with a personal approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Warm, approachable, and engaging persona
  • Resilient and adaptable to the needs of colleagues and residents
