Esland Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Professional to join our team. As a Senior Youth Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young people, helping them achieve amazing outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in a small group home setting, supporting three young people with their domestic needs, education, socialisation skills, and daily activities.

As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting the emotional well-being of our young people, fostering a sense of belonging, and creating a safe and nurturing environment.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £33,489 per annum, based on a 40-hour working week. This includes opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.
