Senior Mental Health Care Specialist

**Job Summary:**
Sure Call Recruitment & AFE Recruitment are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients with mental health issues in en. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care and anatomy, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop individualised care plans. They will provide emotional support and counselling to patients and their families, fostering a therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs and create tailored care plans.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their loved ones in a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement treatment strategies and track patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health nursing.
**Requirements:**
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices, particularly in mental health settings.
- Understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to mental health conditions.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating initiative in patient care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the service needs.
**Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
