Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as an Education Mental Health Specialist. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, outcome-informed interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, low mood, and behavioural difficulties.

Job Responsibilities
As an Education Mental Health Specialist, you will work closely with schools and other stakeholders to provide evidence-based interventions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child or young person. Your role will involve:
- Delivering Low Intensity interventions based on Cognitive Behavioural Techniques
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders
Person Specification
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Maths and English GCSE minimum grade 4 (or grade C) or equivalent
- Able to learn in a variety of settings and using a variety of learning methods
- Knowledge of the educational system in England
