Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated School Mental Health and Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with challenging behaviours, mental health needs, or social and emotional disabilities.

A key responsibility of this role will be to support students with Autism (ASD/ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or other comorbid disabilities in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized support to students with complex needs.
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour management plans.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of whole-school initiatives aimed at promoting positive behaviour and mental wellbeing.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, based in a school for children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs.
  • You will work closely with experienced professionals to create a supportive environment for students.
  • Your skills and expertise will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
